Mardi Gras Virtual Cooking Class

The Loyola University New Orleans Alumni Association invites you to participate in a Mardi Gras Virtual Cooking Class presented by alumna Chef Amy Sins ’98. Celebrate Carnival season by learning about Cajun and Creole cuisine and cooking a few of Chef Sins' signature dishes: 

• Creole Jambalaya
• Marinated Cheese & Vinaigrette

• Chocolate Soup

While you become the king or queen of your Mardi Gras dinner table, Chef Sins will chat with you about the history of Mardi Gras and all of the Carnival fun that happens in New Orleans.

Share your creations on social media and impress your friends while you get in the Mardi Gras spirit from the comfort of your own home. Let the good times roll!

►The cost to participate is $15 per household. Attendance is limited, so register today! The $5 playback option is intended for those who cannot join the live class but wish to watch the recorded playback of the class.◄
