Wolves on the Prowl 2025

For more than 20 years, the Loyola University New Orleans Alumni Association has proudly organized Wolves on the Prowl, our annual community service campaign. There are multiple opportunities to volunteer with Alumni Chapters around the country. 

New Orleans Alumni Chapter 

Saturday, Nov 22, 2025 | 9:00 to 12:00 pm

• Location: Meeting in the Horseshoe in front of Marquette, Streetcar to Downtown
• Parking: Free parking in the West Road Garage
• What to wear: Comfortable, closed-toed shoes/walking shoes
• Job Duties: Assembling the kits (This will be a different day than the give away day). Passing out kits downtown

Dallas Alumni Chapter 

Saturday, Nov 15, 2025 | 8:00 to 12:00 pm

• Location: Vickery Meadow Food Pantry & Clothes Closet | 8448 Walnut Hill Lane Dallas, TX
• Parking: Texas Health Professional Building 4 at the SE Corner of Walnut Hill Lane & Greenville Ave. It is a short walk east to the pantry on Walnut Hill
• What to wear: Comfortable, closed-toed shoes/walking shoes
• Job Duties: Package canned groceries for neighbors; Hand out groceries to neighbors; Package fresh produce for neighbors

Central Florida Alumni Chapter 

Saturday, Nov 15, 2025 | 9:00 to 12:00 pm

• Location: Clean The World, 2544 E Landstreet Rd #600, Orlando, FL 32824
• Parking: Free parking is available onsite. Though Limited (Carpooling Highly Recommended) Please ensure that each car parks to the right of the parking entrance and not to the left in the lot.
• What to wear: Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing are recommended as the warehouse is not climate controlled. If you are concerned about your appearance after your shift, please consider bringing a change of clothing and shoes. Be prepared to get a little soapy!
• What to bring: Refillable water bottle.
• Job Duties: The most common activity is sorting through incoming product from hospitality partners and preparing it to be processed. Boxing Soap for distribution.

Lafayette Alumni Chapter 

Thursday, Nov 20, 2025 | 9:00 to 12:00 pm

• Location: 215 E Pinhook Rd, Lafayette, LA 70501
• Parking: Enter through the Refinery St. entrance. Park anywhere on the property, overflow parking is available upon request.
• What to wear: Please wear closed-toe toe shoes and comfortable clothing.
• Job Duties: Sorting and packing food and food donations, making meal kits

Miami Alumni Chapter 

Sunday, Nov 9, 2025 |11:00 to 1:00 pm

• Location: 1603 NW 7TH AVE, Miami, FL, 3313
• Parking: There is a parking garage on site 
• What to Wear: The required dress for volunteers is long pants and full-length shirts (no shorts, tank tops, exposed shoulders, or exposed midriffs); rubber-soled shoes or sneakers, no sandals or flip-flops. Also, feel free to wear Loyola shirts to sport our Wolf Pack pride! 
• Job Duties: We will be feeding residents and guests of Camillus House. The purpose of volunteering at Camillus House is to carry out the Corporal Works of Mercy (Feed the hungry/Give drink to the thirsty/Clothe the naked/Shelter the homeless/Visit the sick) among individuals served by Camillus House
