Virtual King Cake Cooking Class

The Loyola University New Orleans Alumni Association invites you a virtual King Cake Cooking Class presented by alumna Chef Amy Sins ’98.

Celebrate Carnival season by learning to make Chef Sins' signature king cake—a delicious mix of bananas foster and king cake, all in easy-to-make individual servings. While you prepare this festive dish, Chef Sins will chat with you about the history of Mardi Gras, king cake, and all of the Carnival fun that happens in New Orleans.

Share your creations on social media and impress your friends while you celebrate Mardi Gras 2021 "yardi gras-style" safely at home.

Costumes encouraged! Participants will vote on the best costume, and the winner will receive a special gift via mail.

►The cost to participate is $15 per household. Attendance is limited, so register today!◄
