Los Angeles Chapter: Picnic in the Park Event Registration

The Los Angeles Chapter of the Loyola University New Orleans Alumni Association invites all alumni, parents, and friends to attend Picnic in the Park with Dr. John on July 31st! Pack a picnic and join us at the Hollywood Bowl for “Props to Pops: Dr. John’s Tribute to Louis Armstrong”. 

Pack your Picnic:  You may bring food and drink to the Hollywood Bowl, but for the safety of all our patrons and to comply with fire regulations, the aisles and walkways of the Hollywood Bowl must be kept clear at all times. Therefore, large containers, picnic baskets, or coolers measuring more than 15" wide, 15" high, or 22" long will not be permitted past the ticket gate. Re-usable containers (such as Tupperware or sipper bottles), holding food or beverages are permitted in the theater, as are wine bottles and wine glasses. Please note: kegs, pony kegs and party balls are not permitted. Picnic Area 13 is reserved for the Loyola Group. View Hollywood Bowl Area Map

Cost: $37/person includes ticket to the performance and admission to the reserved picnic area.

A limited number of tickets are available. Please RSVP promptly to reserve your ticket. Tickets will be available for pick up at the pre-concert picnic.
